Hi, I’m Erin. I’m a licensed physical therapist and received my doctorate at Northwestern University in Chicago. I grew up in the Bay Area and spent much of my time outside playing sports, going on weekend hikes with my family, and vacationing in National Parks. I want to share my knowledge and love of fitness, physical and mental health, and intentional and healthy living with you.
