Face Your Fears!

If you’re ever out camping or just exploring the woods in the country and you come across Mr. grizzly bear, here are two things you absolutely never want to do:

1.Run away as fast as you can

2.Climb a tree

Ok you’re probably thinking, “so what in the world should I do?”lol Well here is what you do:

1.STAND YOUR GROUND and DON’T TURN AROUND!!!

Even if it begins to chase after you.

STAND TALL AND DON’T BACK DOWN!

If you attempt to run, it will chase you,catch you, and make you the main course at meal time!

What has all of this got to do with fear, you ask?

Well it has everything to do with fear.

We all have something that we’re afraid of.

I’m not  only talking about heights or creepy crawling insects and spiders!

I’m talking about things like the fear of failure or rejection.

I’m talking about the insecurities that we all have within us.

I’m talking about having our lives governed by how others think of us.

I’m talking about our irrational fears that cause us to continuously run away from all aspects in life.

But here’s what you must come to know.

Your fears chase after you when you run, just like Mr. grizzly bear.

They hunt you down and they taunt you.

They cause you to loose sleep at night.

They won’t back down.

Here is what you do:

Since your fears are like Mr. Grizzly Bear, here is what you want to do for sure:

Stand your ground and face your fears,they will lose their power and no longer have control over you.

They will back down leaving you to wonder why you were so afraid to face them.
